Mr. Fadi Rustom is a partner at the HOW Law Firm who is a hands-on and accomplished attorney with extensive experience in a wide variety of Civil and Criminal Litigation including General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Corporate Litigation, Criminal Prosecution, Criminal Misdemeanor and Felony Defense, Construction litigation, Toxic Mold Defense, Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy, Appellate Practice, Business Formation, Trust and Estate Administration, and Foreclosures. Mr. Rustom was previously a Senior Associate with the esteemed local firm Kavanagh, Scully, Sudow, White & Frederick, P.C. while representing a litany of corporate, criminal, municipal, personal injury and workers compensation clients.

Mr. Rustom has personally handled several sizable cases in trial including major construction cases involving the Illinois Department of Transportation, post-closing residential real estate litigation, commercial motor vehicle accident cases, and many others. Mr. Rustom is particularly capable with client relations as he is a hands-on and responsive representative of every client’s needs. Mr. Rustom earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Southern Illinois School of Law in 2005 while winning the Alternative Dispute Resolution Award and competed in the 2004 Moot Court Competition. Mr. Rustom earned his bachelor of science degree from Bradley University in 2001 with Cum Laude honors while also competing on the Mock Trial team.

In addition to being an accomplished attorney, Mr. Rustom is also a leader in the community as he is a graduate of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Program in 2007. He is also an active member of the Peoria County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Abraham Lincoln Inns of Court.
