What is the process to get my driver's license reinstated?
After you schedule an appointment and meet with our attorneys here at Hall & Rustom L.L.C., we will do a review of your potential for driving relief. Once it is determined if you are eligible for reinstatement, we will advise you further as to the best, most strategic way to increase your chances of reinstatement. It is a long process that will involve a lot of paperwork from alcohol treatment, character reference letters, letters from peers showing you have abstained from alcohol consumption for a given period of time, etc. Once prepared, we will file a formal hearing request and the Secretary of State’s Administrative Hearing Office will schedule the hearing.
